Aura Delices ships products to customers within Canada. We take great care to package our products to ensure they arrive in good condition, but we cannot be responsible for damages caused by shipping or weather conditions, such as melting during warm weather. We recommend not shipping chocolates during warm seasons or during the summer.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for chocolates. If you have received damaged or defective products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss a resolution.
All of our facilities and chocolates are kosher certified under Rabbi W.
Some of our products are vegan, but please check with us before making a purchase based on this information.
